1. Subject and application

This document establishes the rules, terms of use and limitations of liability for the stay of children in the Fae By Jojo playroom, as part of organized birthday parties.

These rules apply from the moment the child arrives at the playroom until he or she is picked up by a parent or guardian.

2. Stay of children without the presence of parents

Children stay in the playroom without the presence of parents or guardians unless the child wants to be left alone in the playroom without parents.

Parents or guardians are aware of and accept the fact that the playroom staff does not assume parental, guardian or health responsibility, but rather ensures basic supervision of children exclusively within the framework of organized activities.

3. Liability and limitation of liability

Children’s stay in the playroom is at the sole risk of the parents or guardians.
Fae By Jojo playroom, its owner and employees are not liable for injuries, accidents or other harmful events that occur as a result of:

• failure to comply with staff rules and instructions,
• inappropriate or risky behavior of children,
• mutual games, physical contact or clumsiness of children,
• use of equipment contrary to its intended purpose.

The playroom is liable only in the event of intent or gross negligence.

4. Liability for damage

Parents or guardians are fully liable for any damage their child causes:

• to other party participants,
• to third parties,
• to equipment, inventory or the playhouse space.

5. Health condition of the child

Only healthy children are allowed to stay in the playhouse.
Parents or guardians are obliged to inform the playhouse about:

• allergies,
• chronic illnesses,
• special health or developmental needs of the child before arrival.

The playroom does not assume responsibility for health complications resulting from undeclared health conditions.

6. Inappropriate behavior

In the event of a serious violation of the rules or endangering the safety of other children, the playroom staff has the right to:

• temporarily exclude the child from the activity,
• contact the parent or guardian for early collection of the child.

7. Personal belongings

The playroom is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to the personal belongings of children.

8. Acceptance of conditions

By booking a birthday party, it is considered that parents or guardians are familiar with these rules and conditions, that they have fully understood them and that they fully accept them.

These rules are available to parents before booking and are displayed in the playroom area.

9. Final provisions

The Fae By Jojo playroom reserves the right to change these rules at any time, with the rules valid on the day of booking applying.
